Energy Advice for Homeowners

Maximise 1

Even if you don't require a BER Certificate because you are not selling your home, it is in your interest to have a home energy assessment.

The options provided include:

(A) Basic Energy Assessment (without BER Certificate).

The basic advice package consists of a 1 hour site visit with a short report outlining the best improvements to make in order to improve the energy efficiency of your house.

(B) Standard Energy Assessment.

(C) Comprehensive Energy Assessment.

The Standard and Comprehensive options (B) & (C) are based on calculations for that particular house (ie. the report is for that house). Actual dimensions and other data will be imputed into computer software to calculate very accurate information to allow property owners make the best decisions.  Using options (B) and (C) it is easy for us to provide a BER Cerificate for your property should you ever require one.

The Basic Energy Assessment (A) consists of general advice.
